how anna works
True recycling happens when you bring your own old pieces of jewellery directly to us to be remade or changed. Maybe you have items that you have inherited or jewellery that you are just no longer wearing. Anna can transform your old jewellery into something new or use the stones for one of the designs available in our webshop. If you do not have old pieces to bring, or you are looking for a gift, we source recycled precious metals and various stones through our normal channels to create a completely personalised piece for you.

Book an appointment with Anna via the calendar below, contact us via hello@jewelsbyanna.ch or fill in the form further down on this page. The meeting can take place in person in the studio in Zug, over the phone or online.

THE JOURNEY
After you have made an appointment you have a first, ca 30 minutes, discussion with Anna regarding your wishes and the possibilities available. Budget and the next steps are agreed in this meeting.
Anna keeps in touch with you regarding the development of your piece. Depending on the design, she will send you or ask you to come by to have a look at sketches, CAD drawings or to try on wax prototypes. As soon as all materials and the design has been agreed, the sourcing and production starts and at this stage we will ask for payment. Anna produces the piece in Zug and for setting complicated stones she commissions Atelier Höllmüller in Lucerne.
After the agreed time you can come by and collect your personalised piece in Zug or we send it to you wherever you are and you can enjoy wonderful times with your new and unique piece of jewellery.
