Anna has designed all jewellery sold in our web shop.
In our web shop we list the materials used and the sourcing for each item – we use exclusively recycled gold from the company Gyr Edelmetalle in Baar, Switzerland, and are Ökogold-certified, a certification ratified by Gyr and the Responsible Jewellery Council in London. We only use materials that are recycled or where we know the source. Our melee diamonds are reclaimed from old jewellery and watches, our Rock Crystals found in Switzerland and for larger diamonds we order newly mined from Canada, with the Canadian Mark.
Our jewellery is produced exclusively in Switzerland by experienced craftspeople. Anna makes all prototypes in our studio in Zug as well as most of the production, stones are set by experts at Atelier Höllmüller in Lucerne and goldsmiths in this wonderful family-owned studio helps when the production volume is too high for Anna. Our Swiss stones are cut in Winterthur.
All of our packaging is made out of FSC-certified materials, from the parcel that you receive to the wrapping tissue protecting the jewellery inside. The jewellery is delivered in our beautiful, multi-purpose, fully recyclable jewellery box that we have developed together with the production company Cartonnages Delavy SA in Villeneuve. Our hope is that you will enjoy it for a long time.
If you have ideas for smaller changes to personalise your piece of jewellery or you would like to order one of the designs in the web shop but use your own stones, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get in touch about possible solutions. All our designs can be produced in 18K recycled white, yellow, rose and red gold. If you want silver we work with recycled sterling silver.
Shipping and Delivery Times
We offer free standard delivery worldwide – we send all parcels and letters with the Swiss Post including their “pro clima” surcharge for carbon neutral handling.
As a buyer of our jewellery living outside of Switzerland, you will be responsible for any additional customs charges in your country – we provide free shipping worldwide and handle the export out of Switzerland, but since regulations differ between countries, we can’t foresee or refund any additional local customs charges.
Our delivery time is four weeks – at Jewels by Anna Andrén each item is made to order by hand to enable you to make certain customising choices and to remove the risk of over production. We therefore ask you to please be patient in the joyful anticipation of your new product.
Checkout and Payment
No, you do not have to register to place an order in our web shop. We do need your name, contact details, shipping address and payment information to complete the purchase.
We ask all of our customers for pre-payment in our web shop.
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards via Stripe
- Bank transfer (pre-payment based on invoice)
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a piece of jewellery that you have purchased from our web shop, we are happy to help you with the return. First of all, you need to write an e-mail within 14 days after the day that you received the delivery, informing us that you wish to return the unworn and undamaged item.
You can return the item in its original condition and packaging, using the address label included in the delivery or to the address below. The item has to be sent within 14 days from the day that you received the delivery. [Wir sollen bei der Lieferung eine Addressekleber beilegen finde ich]

As a customer you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping including any customs charges and insurance – as we grow, we hope to be able to provide free returns, but this is not yet possible for us from an administrative point of view.
We aim to provide refunds as soon as possible after we have received the returned item – during busy periods it can take up to three weeks to process a refund. If you are worried about your refund, please contact us at any time.
To exchange an item, please send us an e-mail or give us a call within 14 days of delivery (see the bottom of this page for contact details) – together we will find the best way to solve your situation. You will have to return the item to us and pay for the shipping and we will send you a new item.
When you order an item from our web shop, we directly or indirectly receive information regarding your contact details, orders and payment information. When you send us a message or sign up for our newsletter, we receive information regarding your e-mail address and when you give us a call, we might note your phone number to be able to contact you again. We might look at patterns in your buying behaviour to be able to give you information that is of interest to you and improve our website.
We are a small company and keep only the information needed for your purchase, your requests and information exchange. If you are worried about the information kept by us, please send as an e-mail and we will delete you from our systems (see bottom of the page).
